Annual Award Nominations

The Broward County Chiefs of Police Association is proud to recognize the outstanding achievements, professionalism, and dedication of the law enforcement officers and civilian employees who serve our communities with distinction. These awards honor individuals whose exceptional performance, leadership, integrity, and commitment have made a lasting impact on their agencies and the residents of Broward County. Please complete the following nomination form in its entirety. Provide specific examples and supporting information that clearly demonstrate how the nominee meets the award criteria. Thorough and well-documented submissions will assist the selection committee in fairly evaluating each nomination. Nominations are due no later than October 31st.
