The Broward County Chiefs of Police Association (BCCPA) brings together law enforcement leaders from throughout Broward County with a shared commitment to public safety, professional excellence, and collaboration. Our purpose is to promote an efficient and effective law enforcement system through the coordination of our collective efforts, the exchange of information and best practices, and strong partnerships among local, county, state, and federal law enforcement agencies.
Our mission is to uphold the honor of the law enforcement profession; advance crime prevention, detection, and apprehension strategies; promote excellence in police administration; and continually elevate professional standards throughout law enforcement. Through collaboration, education, advocacy, and leadership, the BCCPA works to strengthen relationships among law enforcement and governmental leaders, support responsible public-safety initiatives, and help ensure Broward County remains a safe and secure place to live, work, and visit. Our vision is a united law enforcement community whose leadership, professionalism, and cooperation strengthen public safety and the communities we collectively serve.
